Here is some useful information to help you along your journey:
We do ask you to sign an agreement/contract which details all relevant information that we'll require to cover your day with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. e.g addresses and arrival times.
This agreement also gives "Memory Road Media" permission to use the footage in future advertising, web sites, or for any other related purposes.
We do ask for a 20% deposit/booking fee as this will lock in your day and confirm our services for you.
A further 60% of the full balance progress payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding day. If this is not done without any prior arrangement you will risk forfeiting your booking fee and our services.
Remaining balance (20%) is due on delivery of your products
Please note:
The above said deposit/booking fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
HOWEVER if the date is postponed to another available date the deposit/booking fee will be applied to the new booking. Otherwise it is non refundable.
Other Information:
We do use on camera lighting as required. This is limited to ensure the mood and feel of the day is not altered, though it is required at times to ensure the quality of the recorded image. (It is similar to the use of flash in photography, but continuous whilst filming).
We do use FM wireless sound technology to capture audio during the ceremony. This is usually placed on the groom or the wedding celebrant.
